Super simple!

I design the products, and my fulfilment partner, Printful, handles the production and shipping.

You browse the site, pick your favourites, and place an order. Printful then brings the designs to life by making them from scratch as soon as you've ordered them, and ships them straight to your door.

This made-to-order model means you might not get your products as quickly as with Amazon, and they might cost a little bit more, BUT it also means that there is never any overproduction or product waste.

TL;DR your things are made especially for you, thanks for your patience and support!

I have quick and easy shipping to Europe, UK, USA and Canada. Shipping to Australia, New Zealand and Asia takes a little longer. There are a few countries where I've encountered some issues with shipping (like South Africa), if you can't find your country on the list, know that I haven't found a shipping solution for there yet, but am working on it! Also feel free to email specific country requests.

Don’t worry—if you’ve only received part of your order, the rest is just on its way from a different location!

I work with a wonderful production partner who helps make and ship your items from centres around the world. We always try to make everything as close to you as possible, but sometimes different items (like a t-shirt and a mug) are made in different places.

That means your order might arrive in separate packages, a few days apart.

Delivery is usually about 1-2 weeks, but can take a bit longer or shorter, depending on what you order and where you live.

My production partners at Printful usually take 2-7 business days to create your lovely thing, and then ship it after that.

If you're in a hurry, I'd suggest planning ahead!

Because each product is made individually, from scratch, once you order it, returns and exchanges are unfortunately not possible unless the product is damaged.

If you'd like some custom merch for your group, I can put a design on some items and make you your own private shop. The design cost is €100, with a minimum order of 10 units.
