We (myself and the team!) are currently shipping to almost every country internationally, including USA (I’m only mentioning that specifically because I get a lot of emails asking about USA shipping).

Customs fees and taxes: Please note that for certain countries, customs fees may apply.

South Africa: Shipping to SA is currently unavailable due to reliability issues with the postal service, we’re working on finding a solution!

1—3 weeks (roughly): Delivery usually takes anywhere from a few days to three weeks, but occasionally can take a bit longer, depending on what you order and where you’re ordering to.

No exchanges: All of our products are made on demand, which means that we only print it once you order it. This means that we don’t hold stock, so returns and exchanges are unfortunately not possible, unless the product is somehow damaged in which case we’ll send you a full refund.

For this reason, we strongly encourage you to watch the product videos and check the size guides!

However, it’s our goal for everybody to feel happy and comfy in whatever they order, so if you are unhappy with the size of your product, let me know and I’ll send you a 50% discount code if you’d like to order another one in a different size (you get to keep both).

Local production, lower carbon footprint: we use a fulfilment partner with fulfilment centres around the world, which means that approximately 84% of my orders are printed and shipped in the same region they’re being ordered from.

Ethical trade partnership: Our fulfilment partner is linked with Sedex, an ethical trade organisation to ensure fair and ethical labour practices down the supply chain.
