📦 Questions About Your Order
Yep, but act fast! Most orders go into production within a few hours.
If you want to cancel, fill out this cancellation form ASAP with your:

If it’s already printed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible — but I’ll always do my best.
Totally doable — as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet.

If it’s already on the move, we can check what the courier can do!
You’ll get it by email as soon as your order ships. Can’t find it?

Sometimes couriers take the scenic route. I’ll investigate and help chase it down.
No stress! Some items ship separately, especially if you ordered:

They may come from different fulfilment facilities. Your confirmation email may include multiple tracking numbers!
This usually means the courier couldn’t reach you or deliver safely.
Check your tracking link — it should let you:
- Reschedule delivery
- Find your nearest pickup point

My fulfilment partner has centres in the US, EU, and beyond. Remote regions may take a bit longer, but I’ll do my best to get your order to you.
It breaks my heart 😢 but my fulfilment partner doesn’t currently support reliable delivery there. If you're in SA, email me — I’m always happy to send over the designs for free if you’d like to print something on a product yourself!

I wish I did! Unfortunately, my supplier only offers certain size ranges for now, but I am PESTERING them about it so stay tuned!
I’m always on the lookout for inclusive options, so feel free to email product requests using this form.
Maybe! Some combos aren’t available due to product limitations, but if it’s possible, I’ll make it happen. Just ask.

🧵 How This Shop Works
- I work with a fulfilment partner company, who works with lots of creators like me to turn our ideas into real products. They have fulfilment centres around the world where they keep blank products (mugs, tees etc.) and then when somebody places an order, the print the design onto the blank product and ship if from the fulfilment centre closest to the customer.
- This means there’s no warehouse or leftover stock — which also means zero waste.
- However, sometimes this will mean orders can take a bit longer than shops that carry stock, and it can also mean that some products might only be available in different fulfilment centres, so some parts of your order might arrive separately.
- More sustainable
- No overproduction
- Allows me to keep creating — even when I’m off adventuring
- Lets me offer more variety without needing a storage unit full of mugs 😅
Because I can’t do direct swaps, I offer a trust-based discount code if you need to reorder a different size or fix a mistake.
