✌ MADE TO ORDER
Each item is only printed once you order it, which means zero wasted stock and overproduction :) Printing is handled by a fulfilment partner who has warehouses around the world, so we'll always try and ship your order from somewhere close to you.

📦 DELIVERY
Orders usually arrive in 1–3 weeks from ordering: sometimes sooner, sometimes later, it really depends on what you order and where you live. If you're planning for a gift, especially around the holidays, best to order as early as possible. 

🛑 CUSTOMS/DUTIES
Your order may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes depending on your country’s rules. These aren’t included in our prices or shipping costs and are set by your local authorities. We do our best to ship from the fulfilment centre closest to you (US, EU, etc.) to reduce or avoid extra charges. If you’d like to be sure, you can check your country’s import guidelines, usually on your government’s customs or postal service website.

⏎ RETURNS
Since each item is made from scratch only once an order is placed, I can't currently accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged (in which case I'll send you a replacement straight away). BUT if you picked the wrong size, please reach out and we'll figure something out!
